1. The service
COACH is an AI-assisted coaching and training tool operated by Brown Family Sports. It provides practice planning, skill-development guidance, and game-preparation support. It is not a medical, physical-therapy, or nutrition service, and its output is not professional advice.
2. Accounts and minors
Athletes under 18 may use COACH only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. The guardian account is responsible for the minor's use of the service and may review or withdraw consent at any time. Consent is recorded with the exact text shown at the time of signing and kept as an immutable audit record.
3. Safety
COACH is designed to stop and refer athletes to a coach, parent, or medical professional when a conversation suggests injury or a health concern. Always follow the guidance of qualified professionals over anything this service produces.
4. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or use it to harass or harm anyone. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be versioned and re-consented where required. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
