What we collect
Account details (name, email, role), team membership, coaching-session conversations, and consent records. Coaching conversations are stored so athletes and their coaches can review progress over time.
Children and parental consent
Profiles marked as minors require a parent or guardian to grant consent before coaching sessions are stored. Guardians can view their athlete's sessions and withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal stops new collection immediately. Each consent decision is recorded with the exact text shown, who granted it, and when — and is never edited after the fact.
How AI is used
Coaching conversations are processed by an AI model to generate guidance. Conversations are not used to train models. Safety-relevant messages may be surfaced to the athlete's coach or guardian.
Your rights
You can export or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by contacting parker@brownfamilysports.com. Deletion requests are honored within 30 days.
Security
Data lives in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security so each user can only reach rows their role permits. Transport is encrypted; access is audited.
